Watch movement parts are from vintage watches made in 1960-1970 in USSR, every part has its own unique history. Tiny purple gems are lab rubies.
Ring is casted from pewter, alloy of 96.5% of tin, 3% of silver and 0.5% of copper.
It won't oxidize, darken or leave spots on skin or clothes. Pewter is hypoallergenic, because it doesn't contain nickel or lead. Since 19 century pewter is used for making jewellery, dinnerware and other comfort items.
