This is really great, I love the bright colours, and how everytime I look, I see something that I didnt notice the first time

don't really like how it seems crowded, but It looks good.

The white text at the bottom gets lost against the light background. I would maybe put a dark border around it.
The piece is very busy, but it appears that this is intentional; it's one of those pieces where he viewer can discover something different each time he/she scans it with his/her eyes. I wouldn't make any other changes.
