The only real advice I can give to you is to never stop drawing, you'll improve each day! Do lots of anatomy/gesture exercises too, it will help a lot!

I did artistic studies, but unfortunately, I learned my myself almost everything, from the anatomy to the colors, especially how to draw/colour in digital XD!
I say that because I pass 5-8 hours per day drawing since.. always XD

This is so, so gorgeous. I love the lighting and the soft shading, but I think my favorite thing about this piece is their eyes. This is easily one of my favorite pieces of the two of them <3 (I saw the black and white version on your tumblr, and thought that one was just as stunning.)

Don't worry, I'm on your side, And I'm here to tell you not to take any of these idiots seriously. Honestly, CloTi is such a shitty couple. But these retards will never admit it because Tifa doesn't remind them of the 4/10 kissless wizards that they were in highschool. Tifa gives them false hope that lonely incels like them can be slayers to extremely hot chicks like Tifa because of how she treats Cloud when in reality, the only real slayers in highschool were robust, jock hipsters and becoming one should be the goal of every teen who dreams of slaying hot poon. Not the lonely, awkward beta teen loser that Tifa so unrealistically builds them up to be. Those guys almost NEVER get laid. But even when they do, the quality of girls is NEVER top tier. Mostly 5/10 and below (and sometimes some odd 6/10's)
When you get down to it, Tifa is just a product of Japanese propaganda that gives socially awkward teens the wiggle room they desperately need to escape the harsh reality that the best they ever did was a 4/10 meerkat who most likely controlled them because all the hot chicks were out getting laid by all the top tier hipsters that pushed them around constantly and f**ked their crushes like jackrabbits. So their defense mechanism is so make these embarrassingly desperate attempts to defend this cringe worthy romance in hopes that one day they can meet someone like Tifa; a person who has absolutely no realistic traits whatsoever and will love them regardless of what a train wreck they are. Completely oblivious to the fact that anybody with half a brain cell would immediately be turned off by such a poorly written romance.
Not only is Clerith the better couple, but Aerith is a better character than Tifa as well. Hell, Tifa isn't even a character, she's a characters' emotional support. Someone who's only there to make other characters look good. The fact that people even compare these two is just a joke. Aerith is CLEARLY the better character; hell, even Lightning's a better character because she at least HAS one.

Okay, ignoring the fact that you two are both cunts for riffing on a piece of art simply because you don't like one of the characters in it (other comments have taken care of that), I'm instead going to call out your bullshit in saying Tifa is only there for 'sex appeal'. As you said, she's there for support for Cloud, which I fail to see why that's a bad thing. What makes her so loved among the fans is not only for how attractive she is, but also because of how kind, strong, and helpful she is to the rest of the characters. She's shown that she cares deeply for her friends and will do anything to help them, whether it's strive to protect someone she barely knows like Aerith, or actually stay by Cloud's side through thick and thin, including when he's a broken vegetable. In addition to that, she's actually very shy emotionally as she doesn't often show her feelings, so it's even MORE of an impressive feat for her to try and keep Cloud and the gang going despite how much she doesn't feel that comfortable in confiding in them, not out of a lack of trust, but perhaps more out of fear of losing another loved one, like her father.
Setting aside how great of a fighter she is, how motherly she acts towards Marlene and Denzel, and how her history and relationship with Cloud makes her a much better candidate as a love interest than you let on, I just wanted to scratch the surface of just how wrong you are in just calling her the 'hot chick'. Because she is so much more complex and important to the story than you at all claim.
I make no hesitation in calling Tifa Lockhart my absolute favorite female character in all of gaming, maybe even in all of media. I legitimately don't care if you disagree with this, as you clearly seem as the kind to dismiss any opinion that isn't your own, but keep in mind that I'm FAR from alone in thinking this. There's no denying that Tifa is one of gaming's most popular heroins of all time, and for damn good reason if you ask me. And if you think people are wrong for loving her so much or thinking of how great a character she is, well that makes you the retard, not everyone else.

Second, you can throw any vague, stupid excuse you want as to why you like Tifa so much but the underlying truth of it all is that she is 100% sex appeal and your so hypnotized by her freakishly large breasts that it distracts you from her non-existant personality. Seriously, how desperate do you have to be in order to justify one of the most overrated characters in video game history? Grow up, kid. You can pull any bullshit excuse out of your ass, but at the end of the day, if Tifa didn't look the way she did, you would care as much about her as you would Cait Sith or Red XIII. Seriously, forget the fact that she's Tifa Lockhart and she's nothing special. EMPHASIS on the "nothing" part. Personality wise; she's every dumb, cliched female love interest that ever was and ever has been. And if you want your reason why Tifa's one of the most "popular female heroines" (which I wouldn't exactly call her that, I didn't even know who she was before I started playing FFVII.) then look no further than the date she came out, and the game she's associated with. Let me explain, back in 1997 when FFVII first came out, outspoken, strong female characters were still somewhat new so even if you wrote a female character that's as interesting as a piece of bread (which is definitely the case with Tifa) then as long as she knows how to fight with her fists and was reasonably attractive, she would become a big hit. And all boys who are 15 years and younger can fulfill their hormonic fantasies.
Tifa's popularity isn't subjective; she's popular because the media SAYS she is, not because she's genuinely a good character or anything. Hell, I wouldn't even call her a CHARACTER to begin with. She's so bland and one-dimensional you can actually make the argument she was intended to be an optional character; which, I'm not gonna lie, would of been AWESOME! Get this bland piece of shit out of the picture and make Vincent a main character for crying out loud! He actually HAS a complex background and character to develop. Plus, he doesn't need to rely on another character to justify his existence either.
What escalated her popularity even more though is the obvious fact that she's attached to one of the biggest, most well known JPRGs of all time and one of the most successful video games of all time too. Mix that in with her 90's heroine status and that's enough to make her a supposed "well-known" character in the video game industry. So in a way, yes. You are right, it's not hard to see why she's such a popular character. For me at least, I'm thinking you need to stop taking the blue pill and see the world for what it really is.
And for the record, no. My reasons for liking nor disliking Tifa has NOTHING to do with Aerith, it's because as a stand alone character, she just doesn't work. I like Aerith, yeah. I admit, and I'm also a Clerith fan. Because unlike you, I'm actually smart enough to see that Cloud and Aerith actually have chemistry, GOOD chemistry too. And not to mention a legitimate reason for liking each other too. But I digress, Tifa sucks and you're an idiot for trying to apply logic and reason to back up a characters popularity when she is notorious for being labelled on hentai more than any other FF female character.
