It will get leaked and some people will translate it very quick actually, I think it was like that with the other movies, at least I don't remember ever waiting more than 2 months to watch a Naruto movie.

I'm not saying that the same will happen with this movie by the way, I was just talking about my experiences with previous Naruto and even Bleach movies, the latest Naruto movie (Road to Ninja) I remember watching that one less than a month after it came out and the same was with the latest Bleach movie. I think we'll be watching this movie in less than 2 months to be honest.
