ok, couple of things that "could" work.
1. no circle around the lion
2. Uppercase letters can work, but in a smaller size.
3. a warmer yellow on the eyes (yellow is a bitch on small sizes, add some magenda man!)
4. it say's RED! why not use that?

1. I think that you don’t like the circle because it weakness the “tiger” is that so? Well I am not sure about it because it works ok with some applications like a shoulder patch where I use only the "tiger". In addition, I tried with the circles to enclose and make a better combination of the two different shapes of the “tiger” and the “element letter” under the team’s name, what do you think about it?
2. what do you mean with “uppercase letters”?
3. Well, the warmer yellow did work… I‘ll upload it eventually.
Magenta is out of question man, we are talking about a sport like paintball here (combat simulation). Sorry I should have explained it better…
4. Finally I didn’t use red because one way to use this logo is to have it printed black on red colored clothing or patch - the official edit. The uploaded one is the “low visibility” field edit… ok, I know… too much information so I end it here…
