it looks fine except the lips.

Here's a tip. you can still shade the lips like you did (realistic ones the top lip lil darker) but when drawing the outline of the lips don't draw the full lines, the top one you can but the bottom try only drawing the lowers most curve. It might look better. And dont have the lines so dark.

Aside form the mouth I don't see anything else wrong with this.
