In short way I can say he is Rayman's elder brother(my OC).

Looks really awesome, great job on it! It kinda looks like he's got a shark fin on his back. I also like the bolts of power coming from the far ends of his hair.
Does this mean that he can also "teleport" in a way by going through conductive materials and water, too, and power up electric machinery by literally inserting his own body in the place where the electricity would go?

Sure, he can, but he has to waste his energy on that, so the reason should be important, if he wastes his energy to power up any machine.

pretty much, though you can completely throw people off when the character has a different personality than one would expect. like my main OC Cpt. Dreadlock: he looks very menacing with his sickly yellow eyes, fangs and big axe and his general big body, yet he is a bit childlike and naive and takes some expressions a bit seriously since he's not known with them.
that's pretty cool! i imagine that that could be fuel for many interesting story parts for him.
