This was inspired by the incredible fall weather! The air is always a little cold, with a nice warm sun, blue skies, crisp, orange leaves everywhere, the smell of pumpkins and hay *sighh

I've been using photos from that site for at least three years now and usually just add the link saying thats where I got my reference from, but I'm pretty sure as soon as those artists/photographers post their photos it's basically up for use. Same rules as DA that way. I have no idea how I could contact those artists to at least tell them I used their photo as a reference but because it's now MY work of art since it's MY drawing, I can do what I want with it anyways ^___^

I'm pretty sure you do not have to ask permission first with that site. I got it from another artist who drew portraits from photos and I know they didn't ask. I think that website is kind of like DA in that technically, after you post things it's free to the world to do as they like, it's just nice to ask if you can use it.
Personally though, I don't ask, I just use the photo, I'm sure none of those photographers would be offended anyways lol
Did that make sense? It is very early in the mornng to me right now lol and I feel veryyyy sleepy.
