First off, I'll start from the bottom up.

The neck is long. I mean, when I look at this, I think of some birth deformity or a giraffe\human hybrid. I would seriously urge you to work on how you have the neck.

Next, the facial expression:
It's blank. There is no emotion, nor is there an indication as to what this character's gender is. I swear it could be a male figure with feminine qualities.

I know you're doing the overly used Eastern stylization of the human anatomy, but come on!
The eyes are huge... They'll be blinded if in reality. Think about it, they'll have to live forever in a dimly lighted area and wear some form of eye protection to block most of that light.

Finally the hair:
Nothing much wrong with it, but it seems overly done and almost common sight.
