Description:
An individual who has learned of the tournament and has become extremely invested in
the idea itself. They were initially just someone who has offered their services to Hellion
help recruit as many potential candidates while, having a watchful eye in as many areas
as possible. Reporting whatever is just interesting as their concept of good news or bad is
rather mixed. After the recruitment process, their services are still available for the other
judges but, they tend to go wherever and do as they please.

Whatever they have learned about this event makes them want to see the tournament
go well. Maybe even hoping it goes further. Causing them to do any means necessary
“to help move things along”, with or without permission of the others. Whether they are
being helpful or a nuisance, be it thoughtful or careless, they care for neither.

Seeing to the End result of the Tournament is their only objective.

Personality:
Contrary to their actions, they speak in a polite, upbeat tone to anyone and would never
raise their voice unless it’s to show pure joy. Despite their actions, they enjoy being around
others or just watching from afar. They have no ill will against anyone, and pretty
cooperative with this tournament and judges.

That is.....If there are judges around to keep an eye.

Extra Notes:
The face plate/mask is removable, the most breakable and can be drawn on. However, Cyrene can
erase anything on it, and replace the mask at any time.

They do have four eyes on the Mask. Just below the faceplate is their actual mouth. They use the
lower eye as a pseudo-mouth since their real one tends to make many beings they come across
uncomfortable. Though they don’t care if people do find out.

Abilities:
Symbols:
They can draw a particular symbol and it can be done on air or on a surface of anything,
any size, color, etc. The Symbols: Follow, Observe, Provide Visual Aid, and can be used
for Communication. They primarily will be out of the contestant’s sight, unless the
competitor is actively seeking aid of some form from them.

Teleportation:
On top of this, the Symbols can be used to get to other places. By passing through one
symbol to another symbol located in the desired location. They only work with Cyrene’s
permission.

Telekinesis:
They can move nearly anything within sight around. They primarily use it to
“carry themselves” to either make them float or walk without hindrance, since
their own weight can slow them down ridiculously depending on the places
they travel to. Optionally with the aid of Telekinesis they use it to “throw their weight”
around at high velocity.
