The way you shade is really intriguing, giving this audition definitely a different sort of feel and aesthetic based on the art style.  Originally, this was one of the shading ideas (soft shading with some line hatching) I was thinking about for the audition between SkyKat and I, but needless to say, you have great execution here and it matches well with the line art somehow. 

This page alone really excels in the mood lighting/backgrounds, facial expressions (I love Ruko's angry expressions so much!), and character interactions.  VERY entertaining!

Although sometimes I get a little confused about the light source in some panels, mostly because sometimes Ruko's shading can feel a little inconsistent from Septi's shading, but it's far from distracting.  Just a minor thing that you don't have to worry too much about.   The only other thing I can think of is I would consider fixing up the speech bubbles.  Particularly spacing the text from the speech bubble space aka don't let the text get too close to the borders of the speech bubbles.  It might just be a personal preference for me to see more space surrounding the text within the speech bubbles so the text doesn't feel so cramped/cluttered. 

I have great first impressions of this audition from this first page alone.  I look forward to reading the rest.
