Well, to start off, the back legs are turned too much. It's possible for an quad animal to sit that way, however its belly sticks out, and its legs seem to be squished under it! Since the belly is sticking out it kinda throws off the bottom legs and everything in that area. The left shoulder is also sticking out a bit too much, and the right should is a bit too fluffy.
It's mostly anatomy error. There are a few shading errors but I don't think you'll have a problem with getting better at shading by yourself.
