Work for this Enchanted Visions Project's month theme! 
Although looks like is, no, she's no Fanhir, ahahaha!
ACEO stands for:
"Art Cards, Editions and Originals".
These cards have one main rule - they are 3.5 inches by 2.5 inches - the size of a trading card. They are affordable, collectible and you can trade them, or keep them in an album. Cards are also sold either as originals or editions....

Her colorful makeup makes for wonderful contrat against the white hair. At first I though it was Fanhir, but after reading in the description it's not I see noticable differences
