I started working on this before I finished Britain. Laziness got the better of me again. It does all the time.
Anyway, France is my favorite Hetalia character, as well as country. I love the culture and the people... but for some odd reason I prefer Italians xD

Mediums: Paper, pen, colored pencils, markers, white out, chalk (those little fuzzie balls), and brightness//contrast adjustment in PS (damn scanner killed the colors)
