Overall pretty negative. They, along with the high elves, centaurs, and harpies, are considered 'unseelie fey' because they abandoned the Feywood to pursue 'unnatural' ambitions. Orcs have warred with them for centuries, as have the various human nations. A paladin of war like Cassandra would strictly follow the rules of engagement and treat opponents with due honor and dignity, but 'due honor and respect' can be a pretty low bar for non-fey in their eyes.
