Rising Purple/Azure Phoenix Suncatcher. *RESERVED*This beautiful large Suncatcher with rising Phoenix is a custom made order made for Ann. She wanted a rising Phoenix with the main colors purple and azure. A fun and challenging project made with crystal beads, natural Hematite gemstones and finished with a beautiful featured purple prism on the bottom.

Hi Nachida no the light color is more lilac color. Although the big flowers are very light pink indeed

Hey Nachida some would like more traditional color for a Phoenix but Ann requested these colors specific. It appears that in some Asian countries fire is sometimes expressed in these colors. I did not know that but loved the challange it gave me personally since also I associated a Phoenix more with gold and red. She loves these colors and I am happy to have been able to create the kind of Phoenix she imagined

Hi Shannon thank you so much and I have made a Phoenix with more traditional colors before.. that one is sold. This piece was custom made and she knew exactly wich colors she wanted. Apparently in more asian countrys fire is also represented in the color purple. In the future I probably will make an more traditional one again. And I also take commissions . But thank you so much for loving my art.. the support here on DA is amazing

No problem! I really like the design, and the colours were beautifully blended together. You use actually gemstone beads in your work too, right? That's definitely another plus--really complements the beauty of the phoenix itself when it's surrounded by semi-precious stones like that.
