You saw this cosplay here Lydia close up and as promised I managed to finish the winter version in time! I'm so proud of this poncho, it's so warm and soft and cute! The materials I used to make it are: a very soft red pile, light blue lining, and a lot of permanent black ink markers (I thought to use black tape to make the spiderweb, but after a while I gave up because the lines were still very noticeable and I was afraid to make the fabric less flowing). And... slight change in the hairdo, this one is 10 times cooler and I could wear it before the comiccon without feeling strange.The day of the comiccon was soooo cold and rainy I was happy to wear my warm poncho on the outside... and yet I got sick. I wonder how many cosplayers managed to survive, especially the half naked ones! XDDD
By the way at this comiccon I saw a lot of dark cosplays, and it was soooo delightful!

Thank you! It's actually pretty easy once you find the right eye shadows palette, with some matte colors. Mine has around 72 colors, and it was pretty cheap even if it was from a good brand. My cosplays improved a lot thanks to that.

I use face paints as my skin's grease used to end up ruining my eye shadow when I wore it back in my early teens. It can be difficult to get the brush just wet enough so it doesn't water down the powder too much.

I have a pretty oily skin too, and these eye shadows hold on perfectly even during hot days. That kind of colors too close to the eyes is not always a good idea especially if the quality is not very high, it's a sensitive area. Have you tried using a skin scrub once in a week and with a healthy diet? With me it worked and I got a great improvement.

I use a moisturiser and toner each evening, which I think is helping.

Yeah, but for oily skins is good using at least once in a week a scrub mask (keeping it far from the eyes zone of course) for ten minutes. After it's removed with water you can put your moisturiser. With a weekly treatment it removes all the grease and dead skin gently without shocking it and makes it less oily and less shiny.

Yeah, after years I casually saw a video on Youtube and memories came back. Some clothes in cartoons just cannot be forgotten, like Sailor scouts uniforms and this poncho. They are part of our generation. XD
