Bask under starlight and wave with Oceans Lure. This is an older WIP of mine which I never fully got around to finishing up (and am not sure if I'll return to) so I decided to go ahead and release her so others can enjoy it! Keep in mind this top has some minor weight issues on the shell band and may clip in extreme angles. Enjoy!
