I am glad that i can finaly give you a critique this is purly fantastic. I think you wuld defnitivly become my no 1 anime manga artist. Colours are so profesional and somehow they looks so ligth and easy to make, I like atmosphere here somehow backround and light make her look like a super hero. Maybe she is but i dont know that much about her, I have to say i am sad that i dont have paypal because if i culd i wuld constantly comison you sinse you are fabouls. from know on il critique your art work with pure joy . and i think you art worl is truly an great

I think you stretched this waay too much. I thought it was unfair because you acted like this was the most perfect thing in all of existence, and not being mean towards the artist but it does not deserve all 5 starts.

She looks, to me, quite a bit like Kan'u(sp?) from Ikkitousen. I don't know if she's suppose to, or not. But she's really well done. And beautiful. I have a question, from one artist to another (I don't currently have my stuff online.... The reason for that is long-so I'll spare you).
Is it possible to pm you? I haven't done that on here before (so I'm not sure).
I don't want to change the subject from this beautifulartwork by asking my artistic question here.
By the way, I love quite a lot of you're works.
And (I've been told not to do this, but I feel that I have to, when dealing with people for the first time), but, please excuse any misspelled words and incorrect punctuation. I'm dyslexic. I do my best but, still..... The dyslexia does cause some problems.

She has really long lags, and very wide waist (maybe she is a little pregnant).

Her waist doesn't look wide to me, if you consider where her "lines" are. Your seeing her back AND one side. That makes a slim person look less so. Taking that into consideration, she looks very slim and almost athletic.
From that angel, you'd have to see both her back and side. Otherwise the artist would have made a drastic flaw in his/her perspective.
Just thought that I would point that out.

Unfortunately, I'm not able to use the critique feature, so I'll be giving my opinion in a comment.
To add what was said by Devornine, I also think you need to show more depth between her shoulder and her hair. Her hair looks like it's colored differently than the way the rest of her is colored, therefore it looks like the hair is standing out more than it should be. The line work is fine as far as I can tell, but it almost seems that the colors are washed out on her pants. It's hard for me to explain, but that's what it appears to be.
Other than that, this is a great picture. The background is awesome, the perspective is great, and the way the hair flows looks very natural. Plus, I really like the way you drew the clouds. All in all, I'd give this a solid 8.
Too bad you didn't have a program like Photoshop. It almost looks like SAI Paint Tool is holding you back
