Looks nice, the char's anatomy is good and the BG is much better than the previous.
I just want to point you something that called my attention: by looking at the char's cape, it looks like the wind is pretty strong in there, but by looking to the char's hair, the wind isn't so strong. I other words, the cape is more dislocated than the hair when both should be equally dislocated.
Other thing I think is worth pointing out is about the folds in her cape, it looks kinda unnaturally hard(hard = opposite of "soft", not "easy"). I believe you could make smoother folds.
