The way you've blended the colours is amazingly done and shows an awareness of the light and shadows. Well done.
As for technique, some of the leaves in the background look very 2D, at times the lines on the tops of them don't bend as they're folding.
Also next time, work on the hands. The pinky on the right hand caught my attention and it looks a bit out of proportion. I'm nit picky and I doubt I could do any better though.
The hair and face and costume is gorgeous however particularly on the bows on the sides where there are wrinkles and shadow, I think it could use some more lines to help define the shadows even more e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/wā¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="

First of all, I really love how you did the bikini outfit that she's white wearing as well as the red bow straps. You also drew her hair really beautifully too; I especially like how you did the pretty flower on the left side of her head. I also like how you did her facial features and the water drops surrounding her.
The posing on the character and anatomical proportions came out incredible as well. As for the leaves in the background, they came out pretty good too. ^_^
