The Spirit was ancient, unendingly old and had foreseen that the future of Men was hanging by a thread and on the cusp of ruin. The Spirit knelt by the lake and said "Tell me what you see." Having said that he touched the surface of the water and from his fingers issued rings of movment across the surface.
Long the mortal gazed until finally he said "The ripples. They are all I see."
"Yes the ripples but someone has to start them. You know your path child now follow it.
Your animation reminded me of that seen from Disney's Pocahontas where She is talking to Grandmother Willow about her future and what path she must take.
