Description So this is the first full episode of The Loud House I've watched in over a year, out of curiosity of whether people were right about this special sucking. Needless to say, it did.

You know its time to cash in the chips when THE CLEAVELAND SHOW did the convention plot better than the Loud House did.

Suffice it to say, Whammie Wettacrow f***ed it up HARD.

Lincoln and Clyde were the least of this episode's problems, they just wanted to go to a con about something they were passionate about. The sister's just went simply for the fame and glory of being on TV rather than actually being interested in the event. It also flanderizes Lincoln and Clyde simply to submit them to buttmonkey status. I still dislike how this show ignores all logic and reasoning just to have any excuse to induce the status quo (in the case having to make Lincoln and Clyde buttmonkeys) don't get me wrong it's not the worst ever, but to be 4 seasons in and we still get a plot like this?

The fact the sister's get rewarded despite only being their for selfish reasons and the judges being idiot authority figures who only exist to commentary said buttmonkey antics (AKA they only exist to be the direct like to everything that goes wrong for Lincoln and Clyde) make it the season's worst episode.

Lincoln and Clyde are meant to be seen as the bad guys for kidnapping a cat and trying to get the Ace movie to themselves. But while their scheme was wrong, it's still easy to feel sorry for them, given that the judges were rather biased towards them, favoring the sisters instead. Not to mention, they didn't mean to annoy the judges earlier. It doesn't help that at the end, Lincoln and Clyde are put in the movie as cat litter scoopers, which comes off as a Cruel Twist Ending.

The only reason Lincoln and Clyde take the extremes were because of the judges biased actions.

I think Wayne Cramp was controlling the judges.

Wayne: Now I want you two to treat Lincoln and Clyde like crap!
Judges: But...
Wayne: DO AS I SAY OR THE BUNNY RABBIT GETS IT!!! *points a gun at a bunny rabbit's head"
Judges*worries*: Yes... Sir...

Wow... the first ever bad special of the show. I don't fucking believe it. Yes, Lincoln and Clyde got kicked off the stage in the end, whilst that was well deserved for their selfish, clumsy, idiotic, stupid antic. The ending really went from the two not getting what they want to getting what they want as cameo characters playing as cat poop scoopers. I'm sorry to say, they had to end the episode with a terrible joke! Not just that. Lincoln and Clyde are just unlikable in this episode, did the writers really have to make the two act like spoiled brats so they can get what they really fucking want. I'm sorry, but I know they are 11 year old kids, and it's natural for them to be cross. But Lincoln and Clyde have no reason to be this stupid.

Whilst they deserved to be kicked off the stage. The judges... them being irritated by Lincoln and Clyde's antics that went out of control was one thing but... HOW THE FUCK CAN THEY GO FROM BANNING LINCOLN AND CLYDE FROM TAKING PART IN THE MOVIE BY KICKING THEM OFF THE STAGE BY GETTING THEM WHAT THEY WANTED WITH THEM HAVING THE ROLE AS CAT POOP SCOOPERS?! EVEN THOUGH LINCOLN TOLD THE TRUTH AND LET ALL HIS SISTERS TAKE PART IN THE MOVIE INSTEAD! That ends this stupid episode with a terrible joke, and I didn't take it well at all. The whole episode was stupid. Act 1 started off fine at first, and I did get a laugh of Luna crashing through the wall of the house, later started off as a little bit of filler. Act 2 was not any better and I can't mention anything else other than the ending, how the whole thing is a shit follow up to "Pulp Fiction" from A to B, and how an actual cat can be used as an antagonist instead of a real life human being portrayed as a cat who would cause a lot of shit for the two.

There is a difference between a character suffering for no reason, a male character getting punished because girls, a female character getting punished because boys, and a character getting punished for a valid reason. I'm sorry, but to me, Lincoln (and yes Clyde) DID do something to upset them because I know both Clyde and Lincoln messed things up, but the way I see it. The so-called "punishment", is just the both of them getting what they want, except it's one job they don't like. It didn't even seem like a punishment at all despite getting a job as a pooper scooper for the movie.

I'm sorry, but I am also getting sick of the "Lincoln is perfect and the Loud sisters are selfish assholes" clan.

Yes, I get that sometimes the sisters can do selfish or stupid things like Lisa when she sadistically scapegoated Lincoln to the family for the things he didn't do after Lincoln toned down Lisa's intelligent side. And Lynn when she berated and ripped on Lincoln for coming to a baseball game to label him as bad luck. The way yes, that was called being unfair to Lincoln. That did go too far, I admit that. But at least Lynn apologizes in the end, even if that's not excusable enough for the bad thing she did.

But there were times where Lincoln wasn't any better ("Kings of the Con" and the upcoming infamous "A Very Loud Christmas" aside). For example, he hogs the attention from Luan after he was hired to help being Luan's clown assistant. And in another episode, Lincoln breaks his promise to the sisters about taking them to Burpin' Burger after he wins the limo, only for him to get his comeuppance when the people Lincoln respected had enough of his attitude and apologize in the end.

No, I am not pointing this out in a way that "I am stupid" or that I am a misogynist or a woman hater, I am getting sick of this stupid clan where everyone has to fucking say that Lincoln is the Lord, God, and master of the fandom and all the sisters are selfish hypocritical assholes that never think twice before they say or do something. In good episodes like "Yes Man", they feel sorry for Lincoln as after his attempts for trying to get money from his parents didn't work, and they decide to put up a SMOOCH concert at the house instead because they didn't want to leave him feeling sad. That doesn't mean it makes the episode unwatchable or sexist, it means that sometimes a character can be lend a hand when they really needed it. Plus, the whole episode does show that the sisters really do care about her brother (especially when it was said in the song in the same episode), no matter how many quarrels or mishaps they can get into.

And also, what do these other episodes you mentioned have to do with "Kings of the Con"? There not that unwatchable as it's a rather vague answer that makes no sense to me.

I have to agree because that doesn't even work as a con because well it... just doesn't. It never makes any sense.

I hate it when they write Lincoln and Clyde as clumsy idiots who can't seem to do anything right, at the same time when the girls can basically do anything they want to near perfection. I'm not saying they did everything flawlessly here because they obviously didn't, but it's a severely unfair ratio in the grand scheme.
