As long as you treat it like an opinion. Some people have opinions that they boast are proven fact without the ability to explain why it's a fact.

maybe maybe not but there is such a thing as a good and bad opinion, a humane and inhumane one, etc. and it is from that I decide which ones are right and wrong.
if someone is racist, homophobic and it's "just their opinion" im pretty sure anyone with half a mind can agree that's is, indeed, wrong.
however if it's something like "i like this color and dont like that one" there really is no such thing as right and wrong because that's simply preference, same way it's wrong to go around saying lgbt folk are horrible people, don't deserve equal rights, are disgusting etc. but ok to say well i'm straight but it's ok if you are gay.

I find it annoying how people bitch and baw when I state facts, they butthurtly call it a opinion. But when I am giving a opinion on something they go out and attack me as well as flame me. Fucking hate people sometimes.

Everyone is allowed to have their own opinion. However, I think that one should express it in a reasonable way. Don't attack the other person for thinking it. For example, I am vocal about how I hate Hetalia, but I don't think it's a sin for liking it.

Like I hate it when people treat their own opinions as facts. That's the problem with a lot of fanboys and fangirls on the Internet.

It's also a big problem with critics. They seem to think that just because it's their job to sit down and analyse movies, books, TV shows, etc, or because they're more well recognized by the public. it automatically makes their opinions more valid than someone else's.
Another thing I hate is when someone brings up one of those "does X deserve all the love/hate it gets?", Again, this is just someone's opinion, yet the way they say it, it's as if they're trying to prove the majority opinion wrong and say that all the love/hate people give something is unjustified.
I shouldn't even have to say why this is completely and utterly stupid. People are always going to have different tastes in media and different interpretations of certain things. Take for instance, Game of Thrones, it's a well-beloved cultural phenomenon in the TV industry, yet, I don't like that much myself. Why I don't like it isn't important, but, would I say it doesn't deserve the love it gets? No. That's stupid. People like different things for different reasons and that's perfectly fine. If you like GOT then fine, more power to you.You love it for the reason you love it, and I'll just leave it alone since it's not my cup of tea.
All opinions are equally valid, it doesn't matter how many people agree or disagree with them, or how much thought went into the argument, it's still just an opinion and we shouldn't try to change it because that's just stupid.

Just saying, that according to what I learned in gradeschool - "pigs can fly" is a fact. Fact - something that can be proven/disproven (may or may not be true). An opinion is something that cannot be proven/disproven - such as "Blue is the best color" because "best" is subjective and therefore the satement cannot be proven true or false. Sinse the very meaning of opinion is something that cannot be proven true/false, and opinion an't be wrong. (source: [link] )

Opinions hold true to different people. I think it's pretty obvious that this stamp is referring to people's personal beliefs. For example, you may think a song is wonderful, whereas I dislike it. Neither of us are wrong, because it's our own opinion. You shouldn't over analyze or over simplify it. It's just a cute stamp.

I know right! Just tonight I saw a stamp I didn't agree with. so I commented on it saying why I didn't agree with it. But I never insulted the artist once, and I tried to be as nice as possible. But the artist insulted me. So then I replyed and said I was just stating my opinion and ment no harm and was not trolling. And insted of replying back, the artist just flagged my comment as spam, but I have no idea how it was spam as there was not a single offensive thing in that comment, in fact I was trying to make peace. But my opinion was different, so I guess that makes it spam. lol

That is right.Something more-we all have right on a opinion even if it is negative.It is the verge of the insolence to question someone`s right to express his opinion.Of course if his opinion is preaching violence and cruelty well in this case he lose his right on opinion.Expecially when he is really cruel toward someone.

That and other similar phrases are dead-on when it comes to speaking your mind. You shouldn't have be told "STFU, you're wrong." when you disagree with someone. If it's a matter of opinion, let others speak their minds just like you are; and vice-versa. At least that's how it should be...
