Why doesn't the first random Arrancar have a mask, you ask? Um, actually he does, but...it's on the back of his head?
How to say the phrases phonetically:
Itadakimasu = Ee-tah-dah-kee-mah-s
Gochisousamadeshita = Goh-chee-soh-sah-mah-deh-sh-tah
Mou kekkou desu = Moh keh-kou-deh-s
Oh, and you can also just say gochisousama without the deshita, but it's not nearly as formal. If you're with your family, though, it would be okay to use the less formal version.

"Print available" means that you can but it as a canvas print.
If you download the comic, though, you can print it out that way.
