it's hard to explain so...

You save and open the spirit(base sheet)in what every paint program you use and open another new blank page that's 50x50
Then for each box/ frame you use the selection rectangle tool and drag the selection rectangle right on the boarder of the black border
Then copy and paste each frame on you new blank page, make sure each frame/ box is pasted in different layers for each frame making sure that you keep them in order
Ones your done pasting all the frames as layers you color each frame/ layer
when done you save as a .gif file (80mm each layer) If you have trouble saving there are many youtube videos that can help you and tell you how exactly how on what ever paint program you use

Hope that helped I know its sounds confusing but its not as hard as you thinks it's just hard to explain

just search on YouTude how do you save a animation on (what ever paint program you use)
Note just some paint program can't save gif file
