Panda beanie and panda plushie were souvenirs from my trip to Beijing last April.

Shopping in China is quite an experience (not necessarily a good one). The vendors are extremely aggressive, it's scary.

This plushie originally costs 150 yuan (about $22). We found it too expensive so we tried to walk away, but the lady wouldn't let us (she literally grabbed hold of my mom and forced us to bargain). In the end we were able to get the plushie for 35 yuan (about $5)

I got the beanie from a street vendor for 10 yuan - originally 50 yuan.
