I'm cold XD

Decided to make another batch of macaroons since they're easy and fun.
These ones have lemon zest in the shells, lemon curd filling (which I made at 11 o'clock at night... totally normal right?) and peices of candied lemon peel in the center (which me and mom my couldn't seem to stop snacking on before I finished the cookies)

They were supposed to be neon blue. The batter turned out really pretty bright blue then the first batch came out of the oven GREEN ._. (those are the ones that look brown. lighting in the kitchen sucks like a vaccum). Turned the heat down on the next batch and they came out pale blue but I had to bake them longer. T'was a struggle XD
