Hey, look. got my 6,000th pageview! Woo~ Thanks, girl!I got sick yesterday and I ended up staying in bed all day. >.<
So, instead of doing paperwork for school (jk, that has to be taken care of on campus), I drew.
This is an attempt at a different style, but at least the hands look like hands this time. XD

The overall image is so well done~ The colours themselves are so soft and blend so well. Green is my absolute favourite colour, so seeing all this Hound- and nature-green is like a little slice of heaven. :heaven: The texture of the bushes and the clouds is so well done, too! I LOVE the clouds! The little swirls you've blended together to make the shape, highlighting and shadowing them with different shades of white to peach- it's a very beautiful technique. 
I want to thank you sincerely and deeply for this beautiful picture. I'm deeply honoured that you would make such a wonderful gift~ I'm sorry to hear that you were sick during the making of this pic, though. I'd say you might have caught what i had, but I doubt I'm so contagious that I'm sending it over the internet. xD Best wishes getting better though~

Aww~ Thank you. :3 I saw some "epic" Hound pictures and then I saw the super cute Hound pictures. I guess cute Hound stole my heart. XD Thank you! Your comment means a lot, especially when you say that I captured his character and his personality. I've never read any very long fiction based on Hound, so I had to do a lot of research to come to a conclusion about him. XD Initially, I thought of him as kind of like Ironhide, but more open in his emotions.
I had a ton of fun picking out the colors. Originally, I was planning to try this picture in 's style, but I realized that I couldn't capture the emotion quite how I wanted it. So I tried this, and I loved how it came out. ^^
I found the brushes for the cloud only by chance. I was looking for a watercolor brush in Photoshop, and I accidentally clicked on that one. I nearly erased the cloud layer when I saw the little spirals, but I fell in love with them. XD
You are most certainly welcome! I had a blast doing the research for his character. I think I should say thank you for letting me take creative liberties with your request, even though it technically was more of a carte blanche. ^^
I laughed about that, actually. Mere days after you say you are sick, I get sick.

Oh, Ladena's style is something of a breath-taking art, but the style you used here is just as good. You captured a perfect tone with it, that would have been lost if you did it any other way.
