Tada! I decided to draw Kooky Von Koopa, aka Ludwig Von Koopa in the Super Mario animated series. And don't worry. I am not skipping on the sword thing for each koopaling, in fact, I am working on Lemmy. Anyway, back to the point, I was just bored today, and I wanted to draw Kooky, the smartest, cleverest, is a science genius, and has the most kookiest laugh. Kooky's kooky, and no one else is kookier, not even the Addams Family. I hope you like it.
