Beautiful picture! Beleg is one of my favorite characters from the Β Silmarillion. I wish I could remember if he was described as having light hair in the book, but it's how I've always imagined him anyway.

The time in which Morgoth's power was spread yet ever more diminished;
This is the 1st Age of the Sun of Middle-Earth!

I love this picture! Beleg is one of my favorite characters. I always cry when I read the scene with his death... (which I think I've read more times than any other Tolkien scene other than Riddles in the Dark and the part with Mount Doom at the end of RotK)

He looks so nice! Like if he was wandering the forest and found a random person/thing lost and confused. I imagine he'd give that person/thing that sweet smile. Love his eyes.

Say...where'd you get the idea for the green eyes? I've only heard Tolkien mentioning grey and blue eyes for elves (I THINK he mentioned 'dark' once), but never green or brown.
Either way, it suits him perfectly!

One of the greatest characters we could get to know. Not like I have gotten over his death already.
