wow what a beautiful image. My first impressions made me think it was an oil painting based on the visual texture of the surface, but yeah you are very good at digital airbrushing/painting. I love the focused lighting and the collaborative effect it has with the colours..very moody

I don't know how to use CS4 lol but yeah no problem. One of the latest directions and techniques in art is technology and an artists ability to use it. Your work is in that direction and it's really refreshing to see.
