A poor example of Roger Waters of Pink FloydIt's horrible i know, i'll work on it later *sigh* but i thought i should submit something
little tip for any punters out there: use a good quality reference photo, this one, ill have to find a link to it... well its really bad, its all distorted and small

tihs is probably my favorite roger picture out there. i can't remember where the photo i used came from, but this is the next best i can find.

You've got to be kidding to say it's horrible . . .
It's dead on.
I've seen some horrible sketches now. . .
When you have to read the description just to figure out who it is, and it's someone you would have recognized, then it's horrible heh heh
Shame the ref pic was such low rez though, it's a very expressive shot of him.
But not every sketch has to be perfectly polished in every detail, it gives it some character

I don't think it looks as bad as you think it does but we are really critical when it comes to our own stuff... at least I know I am like that... sometimes it is hard to find a good reference photo but you are right... if one can, then it is much better if you can actually see it...
Still, I don't think this is that bad... I think the hair is really good and so is his face.... good shading... you are doing a wonderful job on something that you can't see very well...
