Miku's "family". Akita Neru and Yowane Haku are both fanmade derivatives of Hatsune Miku. They are not official Vocaloids but officially recognized by Crypton Future Media. MEIKO and KAITO were not originally owned by Crypton but Yamaha. The CV (Character Vocal) Series consists of Hatsune Miku as CV01, the Kagamines as CV02, and Megurine Luka as CV03. CV04 is an upcoming male Vocaloid but no news has been updated on it for a while. MEIKO and KAITO are not part of the CV Series and do not have their own numbers. Sakine Meiko, an officially recognized fanmade derivative of MEIKO, has a 00 on her left arm but it was just an allusion to the CV Series and being that MEIKO was released before Miku. Akita Neru, drawn by Smith Hioka, was created on the day of the Disappearance of Hatsune Miku, when many users looked up Hatsune Miku on Google causing servers to crash and wiping her name from the system for some time. Yowane Haku, drawn by CAFFEIN, was created as an allusion to Miku singing bad songs on Niconico, giving her her gloomy personality and habit of drinking sake. Other officially recognized derivatives include Hachune Miku and Tako Luka.
