Now this one, this one I have things to say about
First off, black and white, black and white! It'd bring out the gemoetry and the reflection more, and make it more interesting, at the moment it just feels like a snapshot cos it just looks like real life, you need to do something to lift it out of that dreariness of reality, and I think there's too many colours for super-saturation-sexiness. The background's fairly distracting as well, I guess that's the biggest reason for B/W, get rid of all those extra colours.
Secondly, not enough focus, the background's still too visible. You just needed a short DOF on the guy and it'd get his reflection as well, it'd stop the background being so detracting and give you a nice lead-in over the water as well. You might be able to blur the background out a bit in Photoshop, just that you'll have to keep it subtle cos it doesn't look quite as good.
Other than that, composition is pretty good, would have liked the guy placed a bit higher in the frame (background, thirds, blah blah blah, you know the score), but having him centered horizontally works well. It's a good moment too, with him turned away like that.
