DUDE you need to get out more! It's really a flogger, which is something used in "adult" playtime. Kind of like these little tiny soft whips attatched to a handle. Bondage stuff, really fun. A riding crop is something you use to make your horse go faster, kind of a gentle stiff whip kind of thing, also used in adult funtime
