FULL VIEW, PLEASE!!! Guy's expression is weird in the thumbnail TT;

Anyway, if you don't get the joke, it's a play on the French cliche that all Frenchmen like to eat fried frog legs, or just frog legs of the sort. Though the dish DOES exist in France, it's actually a very rare delicacy, nor is it considered "exotic" since it's been told it actually tastes like chicken. The French dish itself is more popular in some areas of the Americas like the Midwest US and parts of the Caribbean.

(And, by the way, the Twins aren't too fond of the dish themselves. The only reason I drew them like this is to poke fun at the cliche :E)

And, of course, I use an actual-used line from StarFox 64 to match with the joke :E Please note that I'm not a Slippy-basher. I love Slippy, and all-Slippy bashers who come across me will face my wrath. It's just that I HAD to use him as the butt of the joke XB.

This pic is strangely reminiscent of ~humon 's work, for some reason o_O I dunno what it is. Maybe it's just her use of the tools, I dunno . It took me over 3 hours just cleaning the lineart, and there were so many details to work on it's not even funny. But it's worth it, I suppose :B Don't bitch about the text; the pic turned out so nice, I felt it would be appropriate to replace my crappy handwriting with actual font XB.

((EDIT: French-wise, the title is off, since "la" is used for feminine/female nouns :B I think o.o XU; TT Anyway, is there anyone who can speak french? I was hoping to re-edit the picture and have Guy speak in French (with the translation provided on the bottom of the speech balloon)))

((EDIT 7-2-08: I have tried frog legs not too long ago. They DO taste like chicken, except the meat's "rubbery" in texture Very tasty, though ))
