Very nice shot! I am intrigued as to how the armour was made however.

The chain mail is actually authentic. It weighs about 15 kg. The rest of the armour was made out of leather and sprayed (constantly over the entire con day) with silver paint. The symbols on the armour were craved in by hand (and a very sharp tool).

No probs! Sweet! It looks amazing once again! Was the re-coating necessary over the day?

It was not su much re-coating, but more like re-painting (re-spraying) the amrour with silver spray. Well, it didn't really fall off, but it was necessary to look better (and more metalic).

Yes, it was necessary XD. It is not leather it is thermaplast (a speacial heat formable PVC).
