Description
Blastoise is the result of a squirtle twice evolving. It is a very large turtle-like creature with two cannon-like structures on it's back. By tightening it's muscles and by retracting itself into its shell ever so slightly, it can pump immense amounts of water from these cannons. The water is collected inside its shell over time from swimming. Blastoise is not very fast but very powerful and makes a great RIVAL to Charizard.
