Very nice job on the shading especially. Everything looks very smooth, and worked over. I think you need to look up the definition of the words " quick sketch". That's no "quick" sketch, I don't care what you say. You can't get that kind of smooth texture from a quick sketch, and don't try to prove me wrong, or else I'll feel bad about my own quick sketches. What were you trying to protray with this? Did you have anything particular in mind, or was it just a spontaneous image that came to you? Its interesting to see the process out of order. Makes me wonder why.
