The painting is very impressive, the color gave her volume and shadows are perfect!
The term is also very well , slightly disheveled hair and eyes do understand his state of mind.
In my opinion you had better ear; is too blurry than the rest of the drawing that is more defined. Also the hair near the ears are poorly defined.
Another thing to improve the hair in front of his face: they have few lights and seem different from from the hair of the other side of the face, then you should add more xD
Overall it's well done, keep it up ^^

c'est vrai que la façon de peindre les yeux colle tout aussi bien que celle que tu fais d'habitude...! Si je devais choisir entre ces deux techniques je saurais vraiment pas laquelle choisir >w< good job !

Np! As for critique, it's always hard to give to speedpaints, but something that I noticed was the lag of shadows from her hair which always is something that makes a drawing more dynamic and it usually doesn't take a lot of effort to do. Her eyelashes also seems to just point in random directions, which would me more normal if she was looking directly at the viewer? Also the tears seems a bit rushed, which kinda sucks because they are the key to a lot of emotion in this case. BUT AGAIN, it's no big deal. It's a 30 minute fucking speedpaint and you did an amazing job with it. Mad skills up in this bitch, love it.
