This has to be one of the greatest names period! It suits Trixie so perfectly it hurts so good(*looks at butt* It's Trixie who poked my butt with her horn. Makes sense)
Why is Celestia cheerful? Maybe she likes the name.
Twilight as always is having a spergy panic attack as always for multiple reasons:
a) Trixie managed to become a god tier Alicorn and she will gloat till the fat lady sings.
b) Twilight is shocked that she's getting turned on by watching her.
This has potential for a comedy fic.

Greetings. This was the pic that most grabbed me from the Drawfriend on Equestria Daily 09/05/2017, and I wanted to share some feedback.Β
One of the most impressive type of pictures, short of full-on mastery of a particular subject, is the successful rendering of multiple characters within a single image. Simply putting one character in a frame and getting it to look good is impressive enough, but to be able to pull it off with four, five, even six characters is quite the show of force. It doesn't take much to see just how expressive you made each of the characters, allowing each one to stand out in a way beyond their color scheme and physical features. Of course Twilight and Trixie steal the show with the amount of energy injected into their faces, but I have to give points for each individual character having a face that reads well and contrasts with the others in a way that evenly distributes the emotions. Twilight and Celestia are high-energy, Luna and Starlight are low-energy, and Cadence is somewhere in between.
I like the artistic liberty you took in making Trixie much more realistically proportioned than the others to heighten the importance of her appearance, with the grand title supporting her. She's got the wings and horns as well as the special shoes to signify her rise to princesshood, and each of the other princesses pale in comparison, visually speaking. She also appears much larger than the others, which not only provides some depth to the image and suggests she is closer to us, but it increases her physical presence and sense of importance as well. She's even got the Alicorn Amulet and doesn't appear to be evil. I suppose she's become powerful enough to overcome it. I really like the additional detail of Trixie's name placed on the underside of the shoe, adding an extra bit of vanity to her character design; although, I am curious as to why it's asymmetrical and not on the other two shoes we can see underneath.
That is one sweet hat.
To briefly touch upon each of the characters in the background: Starlight's straightfaced expression and rigid posture reads clear as day, and it tells me she's annoyed at her friend's grandstanding. Luna's maintaining of her regal posture while keeping a neutral expression tells me she is not impressed. Cadance also lacks interest in Trixie and maintains a regal posture, with the exception of lowering her head in concern for Twilight. Twilight is unable to maintain the same level of composure that the other three have and appears to be hyperventilating; she's clearly distraught over the idea of Trixie being a princess, and I imagine her heart is beating incredibly fast. Then we have Celestia, who also looks to be excited and unable to hold regal posture, only she's a little more jubilant about it. In fact, she's standing up on her hind legs, placing her in one of the most vulnerable positions for a pony, just to cheer on the new princess and show her support. Of course, Trixie's up on a single hind leg, but comparatively it comes off as more boastful than submissive given her posture. Celestia's actively raising a foam finger. She might as well be bowing down.
I believe this picture's biggest issue is lurking in the shadows. Literally, the drop shadows of the image present some factors that raise a few questions about what I'm actually seeing. First there's the shadow directly underneath Trixie. Β It flows in something of an L-shape, lying underneath her body and terminating under her tail. The issue is in the relation between the position of the shadows and the positioning of Trixie's body. From the way her cutie mark is angled, the leg she has planted on the ground is facing forward, and her entire body looks to be in 3/4 view. That would mean her rear is leaning away from us, into the page and to the left. Her tail emerges from right above that point and then curves to the left. We can see from the drop shadow that the leftmost end of the tail is still that far back in the z-direction. Sometime between that point and the tail tip, the tail has to completely change direction so that it comes all the way in front of Trixie's leg. What this tells me is that Trixie has a crazy long tail that comes way forward between the two S-curves, and I don't see the drop shadows supporting that idea. Also, because the tail is mostly shaded uniformly, it creates the illusion that the entirety of the tail is on one layer and doesn't traverse the z-axis at all, an illusion that gets broken once I notice where the base of the tail is is in relation to the drop shadow underneath the tail. There's also an issue related to the drop shadow underneath the rest of the cast. It establishes the location of their collective group, but it doesn't make any effort to individualize them. It's just one big blob of shadow for all of them, which makes it more of an abstract idea of a shadow than a realistic one. It also places them outrageously close to Trixie when I compare their drop shadow to hers. It makes it seem less like Trixie is closer to the viewers and more like she's actually a giant. A bit of shadow tweaking and maybe a little character resizing should fix these issues.
That's about all I have to say on this piece. It's got some solid linework and coloring, it's bursting with emotion, and the typeface for the title looks loud and inviting. Good job making so many characters work for you. Make the most.

T: Well, she is a princess like me now and she'll probably.... Oh my Celestia!
C: What is it?
S: If she gets her own throne, I swear I'll use that time travel spell again.
