I truly adore how simple yet absolutely beautiful this piece is. The cool-warm color scheme is so soothing, and the feathers floating above the kids' bed are gorgeous. Lovely work, David, and very inspiring! This makes me wish I could paint digitally.

Thanks Jillian! I love hearing you mention the sooting color scheme. Since it was the last page in the book, I really wanted it to have a warm and peaceful mood. I'm glad that got across. Haha, I was probably dreaming of sleep when I painted this.
