yeah - i agree
i did try to make the edges of the fur 'fluffy', but the definition of the shape of the arms was lost, so i plumped for a hard edge
also - the thing that i think you think is the neck, is a bit of the dress scrunched up in her fist

There's one part you could improve: Its right hand (actually its left, the one in the mouth). Guess it needs more shadow...

i didn't do a particularly good job on this one
it actually was shaded to look three dimensional, but then i made both hands (and arms) slightly transparent (so you could see the fingers' shapes) and the modelling got slightly lost
oh well - i still managed to keep it 97.3% cute
