This one's my part of an artrade with .Sorry it took too long! :sorry: Check out his part of the trade, Pharaoh Man [link]
.He wanted me to draw Top Man doing a crazy spin. And since I suck and can't pull it off, I've settled with Top man looking crazy while supposedly spinning.
Hope you still like it ~CYanide91 . 
On top of all the white speed lines, I wanted to put a lot of blurring and turbulence in this but I found it pretty stressful to look at. So I just left it as is. I'm actually quite surprised that I didn't need too much effects to hide the horrible and irregular lineart. Looks like the dark shading did it for me. Hurray.

Oh yeah, Top Man's theme is one of my favorites in MM3. When someone mentions MM3, Top Man's theme is the first that comes to mind. So here a bunch of covers/remixes.

LOL. It's definitely one of the stronger MM weapons. I hate how buggy / finicky it is though. It could drain a lot of your weapon energy if you use it wrong.

This is a cool picture. In death Topman mocks me by leaving me with his topspin attack. In a game where enemies can cause collision damage just by touching them. jerk.

I've always liked Top Man's stage music as well.
I've gotta say that expression and pose fit perfectly for Top Man. If Capcom had made Mega Man: Powered Up a series, your take on Top Man would be a perfect personality for him.
Also the guild lines from his wheels and hand were a great add-on on him to make him look like he's is going fast. A very speedy artwork, indeed.

Awesome picture. I have no idea, but I somehow got to the point where Top is actually one of my favorite robot masters. I tend to picture him as a goofy teenager whose favorite things to do are dance and throw parties with Quick Man, Metal Man, and Oil Man.

Ahh Top Man. You know... it took me years to realize he had wheels on his feet. Β It likewise took me years to realize that Napalm Man had treads.Β
Top Man never really stood out to me before. Β The only exception was his music, of which I have to agree with you, was one of my favorite themes in Mega Man 3. Β Still, I mean, really, 'Top Man'? Where does Wily come up with these ideas? It's right up there with 'Spring Man' for lame-brained robot masters.
At least Spring Man is an actual threat.
Love this piece though. That expression seems to fitting on the face of someone who spins himself in circles for a purpose and loves to do it. Β I can imaging him coming straight at you, only catching glimpses of the face and it's sadistic, yet somewhat loopy grin for brief moments as he spins towards you.
"That's right, try to hit me, blue boy! TRY! Β What are you shootin' at ya lame-brained bolthead! I'm comin' atcha!"

Same here. I just noticed the wheels when I replayed the game a few years back in an emulator. XP
And yeah, that was the idea behind this pic. He's spinning so fast, but someone got lucky enough to take a freeze shot of Top Man's face. That's why I wanted to put so much blur and turbulence in this, but there are just some small details I didn't want covered up. There ARE other methods, but they would require ACTUAL work so nah. XP
