I'm proud to share with you a map of the Fortune Islands, a sunny archipelago between Corsica and Catalunia. The main language in these islands is the French, but most residents of La Felicitane speak Italian and some Ligurian and Sardinian. The main island, the Sainte-Abondance Island, is known for its volcano, the Grand-Julien mount. The flanks of the mountain offers some of the greatest vineyards and the wines of Cendre-la-Félice are worldwidely renowned. With their protected nature, the islands have a wonderful biodiversity, including a hundred endemic species of mammals, insects, amphibians, arachnids, reptiles, birds and plants. The extremely rare Corentine dune tulip, known as the most beautiful flower in the world, brings biologists and tourists from all over the globe. Each years, only one dune tulips is annualy picked for the preparation of the most expensive perfume in the world : "Le Baiser de Corentine"
