Description
At last I have returned! I still have yet to post the remaining days of the Inktober (Until day 18, because I got lazy and motivation left me).
So instead have Domino's official Reference! He's an OC I created in September and he required a lot of preparation, but here he is in all his glory!

Gender: 85% Male, 15% Female (Hence why he can lay fertilized eggs). Uses He/Him pronouns.

Current Residence: N/A, travels constantly to find new victims.

Eye Color: Left eye is black with a white pupil, right eye is white with a black pupil.

Likes: Play victim so others earn his trust, only to stab them in the back. Sharpening his sword, watching others suffer, back scratches.

Dislikes: Happy endings, failing at his mission, weaklings.

Personality
Domino was supposed to be a Neutral character when he was created, but Fallen’s dark energy turned him entirely evil. He had no remorse after killing his creator, and he is not afraid to act innocent and then stab his “allies” in the back. He can be manipulative and unpredictable. He usually works solo, but if he finds another evil and is interested in their plans, then he might change his mind. He hates being told what to do and overall being controlled. Also a little of a troll, Domino enjoys smacking his tail at things and people for no reason at all, and he doesn’t care if his spikes break or hurt someone. He also enjoys hunting in the wild, and even eats the prey he kills (He’s not a cannibal, don’t worry).

Abilities and Skills
Intelligence: Domino knows how to act innocent and friendly, but he also knows when his disguise is busted, and flees. In terms of fighting, he seems to act first, then thinks second. While he’s not incredibly smart, he knows when to stop

Raw Strength: By himself, Domino is already pretty strong, but he relies too much on his powers despite having a sword to fight with. Fighting physically is not his strong point, even with his size. In fact he is weaker than Origin fighting when using his bare hands!

Light Powers: Domino’s Light power is the most destructive of the three. Unlike Origin’s, which is actually softer and acts more like actual light, Domino’s is very dangerous, and using it can cause massive damage to structures. If a small amount of light flames covers a piece of wood or anything in general, it takes very little time for it to spread and cover it’s surroundings. This fire is very hot and can cause a lot of damage in a short time. Sand is the best way to put it out, as water will likely make it worse.

Dark Powers: Using Fallen’s dark element, Domino can create dark fire that acts mostly as a mist. While it’s cold and doesn’t burn on first touch, this strange fire will ignite it’s victims into a blaze of black and purple fire. It’s so cold that it feels like you are burning, feeling your skin fall off. This can also set fire to buildings, but does not do as much damage as the Light fire.

Dusk Powers: Domino’s combined elements can give out a Dusk fire. Dusk fire, like the Dark fire, is more of a mist than a fire. However, it does not burst into flames like Dark fire, but rather gets more and more thick the longer it stays. Those that stay in this mist are said to see hallucinations, and can see their allies as enemies, or people they once saw in their life and share a bond with. However, this power requires a lot of energy, and Domino always ends up exhausting himself after using the Dusk fire.

Dragon Form: Just like Origin, Domino has a dragon form, but with actual bat wings, and Fallen’s soulless glare. He is much bigger and stronger than Origin, allowing him to overpower the light dragon easily. His scales protect him from fire, but sharp items can pierce through them. The mane on his neck is rough on the touch, but usable for the craft of clothes when shed.

Weaknesses
Bad Swimmer: Despite being a dragon, Domino cannot swim and will likely drown if not saved. He’s never swam in his life and this likely made him afraid of the sea or deep rivers or ponds in general. However he is not scared to go into it as long he has something to hang onto.

Light/Darkness Overdose: While being fully immune to both elements, this does not mean Domino is immune to their powers. While he absorbs Light and Darkness magic, absorbing a massive dose in very little time will cause him to feel dizzy and faint, only to get sick when he wakes up.

Trivia

Despite being Male, Domino is able to lay eggs, and they can be fertilized (Meaning he can have babies) or not (In my headcanon, male Yoshis don't lay eggs, except THE Yoshi lol).

He is surprisingly tall for a Yoshi, being 6ft tall at least.

Domino was supposed to be a friendly character and a child, but this quickly changed after I had the idea of him using his “friendly” personality to destroy his enemies from the inside.

He is one of the rare evil characters I created that is still alive and not just a dead or forgotten OC.

Domino is my first Gay OC to receive a proper reference. He is not my first gay character, however.

He is my first Yoshi character introduced before having a reference. (Inktober Day 2 introduced him before getting his ref.)

Domino was also based on cats, and sometimes acts similarly to them. Like scratching walls and furniture with his claws. Sleeping like them, can purr, has good balance due to his tail and sometimes hisses and raises his back while growling. If he’s in the mood, he can even enjoy pats!
