Love Rukia's expression, either one of intent or squinting against the ice wind from her Zanpakuto - or both, of course. I'm not sure that the hand grasping the sword should be a little larger, being closer to the viewer than the rest of her, but it's only by slight degrees. It's all beautifully painted, in any case.
