Description My friend had been dropping many hints that she wanted me to draw her a picture of her OTP Jack Frost and Pitch and I had some time in between classes and was able to sketch out this scene for her. I had previously been un-motivated and stuck as far as inspiration I googled pictures of pitch as refrence and the idea just came to me. The horrible chicken-scratch handwriting says:

''What Brings you here, O' Guardian of Fun?''

I'm glad you noticed them! Even though I only ever got to watch the movie my friend tells me about the books (and you can bet once I'm back in the United States I will be getting my hands on a copy!), after hearing about everything that happened to him he just seemed like the kind of person would be alone in a cold, dark , desolate place feeling extremely remourseful--emotionally unreachable even-- suffering alone and I thought, wouldn't it be nice though if a little ray of sunshine (in this case, Jack) could bring him back from that state of mind and melt his saddness? I'm not exactly sober right now so if that doesn't make sense um well... I spelled checked it as best as I could. Yay!Β Β And thank you very much for your beautiful words!

That put a whole new perspective on everything pitch does. I'll have to re-watch the movie again with my eyes peeled for any tidbits. I'm actually studying abroad in Japan right now which is why it's really hard to find specific english language books. I mean, if it was in Japanese I could understand most of it but I kind of doubt that it has been translated. :/Β

It really doesn't matter what you study, any one from any major can participate in a study abroad program. I recommend you chose to study something you like. Originally I had wanted to become an English teacher in Japan and had set all my goals towards realizing that one dream so I picked a school with a good Japanese program and had good connections with a college in Japan and just worked hard to get where I am now. What happened after that is a compeletly different story and your story will be different as well.

Uhh... you might be asking the wrong person and I mean this when I say it. Tips: don't push your work up until the deadline. Don't go out and party like mad every night, maybe once a week is fine. If you can at least study an hour or two a night you may already have a leg up on me since the hardest part for me is finding the motivation to study. I mean, why study when you can draw things or read or go outsideΒ or reorganize your bookshelf. Like I said, if you like what you're studying and have passion for it it wil be a lot easier to learn and remember. I however, am stuck in my 3rd year learning something that I no onger consider relavant to my dreams/life therefore I don't really give a rats ass about it and am consiquently failing. What more can I say?

It's good that you have an idea of what you want to do. I hope everything works out for you. I'm thinking of going back to college once I graduate and have a go at Art.
