My art is still improving and people still feel the need to tell me I'm doing it wrong
My OC was originally made as a joke and was never meant to be an OC, it just happened
I'm 19 years old, I haven't graduated high school, I don't have a job, or a license, and my family feels the need to point it out to me even though I'm already hard enough on myself.
By the looks of things, you're young, you have a lot of potential, you'll improve, you have time still, and you probably don't fail all your classes because of not understanding the material and the class moving at 8 times your pace.

Aww, come on, don't say you can't draw. You're amazing at art, however you try to do it. And honestly, there's no reason to be down in the dumps if you just can't get a certain detail right. Why do people lie about themselves so much?? seriously you can draw anything and not just if you try but because you picked up your pen and tablet and drew a masterpiece. even if it doesn't look good to you someone else will like it. don't worry about things not being the way you imagined because it will always be better than that!
